In order to Submit a Ticket you need to Login or Register. Registration takes less than 10 seconds! (no email confirmation required) – Though please ensure you use your real email address, in order to receive notifications when we reply. The reason we ask you to Register is so that you can keep a History of your Tickets, and easily Track responses and replies from DROIDWORLD.
You will also receive an email whenever your ticket has received a new reply or has had its status changed.

Please be advised that we are an online business, and therefore do not have a telephone number for sales or support. We provide a professional online service, with fast shipping and premium support. What does ‘premium support’ mean? Our support team will provide you with a unique, technical support experience. We do not outsource our support base, and our support team are equipped with technical knowledge and experience to assist you with any problem which you may have using our products. The same goes with enquiring about purchasing a product, aswell as Warranty claims.

All of our Android TV Boxes are covered by our exclusive ‘DROIDWORLD Back to Base WarrantyTM. Our Warranty service is second-to-none, backed by the DROIDWORLD Guarantee. This means that if in the unfortunate case your device is deemed to have a major hardware fault within the complimentary 12 month Warranty period – we simply swap it over for a FREE replacement unit! No lengthy repair waiting periods, no overseas shipping, no repair fees – It’s all taken care of by us locally, here in Melbourne, Australia. If in the unfortunate case your device develops a hardware issue outside of the Warranty period – DROIDWORLD is still here to help! We provide repair and support services for all Android TV Boxes.

We are often asked whether we have a contact number, or whether we can allow ‘pickup’ rather than postage. It is important to note that we no longer provide pickup services from the warehouse, or telephone support. This is due to the fact that providing such services slows us down, and in turn, reduces the quality of our service for other customers. We have had customers in the past stay on the phone for over 45 minutes wanting us to walk them through things. We have also had customers in the warehouse wanting a ‘demo’ or ‘preview’ of our products, to see them in action prior to purchasing. Whilst this may be convenient for the buyer, this really takes a lot out of our working day – where we should be doing more important tasks. (Yeah, you heard right! Sales are not our main concern, rather, our overall service and reputation). The decision has been made to remove these unnecessary services to increase the quality of DROIDWORLD’s service.

If our online technical support team is unable to rectify an issue with a customer, we will opt for you to provide a contact telephone number, in which we will contact you by phone to assist where needed.
